Nayagaon SHO sent to Police Lines

Mohali: Inspector Bharat Bhushan, SHO of the Nayagaon police station, has been sent to Police Lines here on Tuesday. In his place, Inspector Bhagwant Singh, who was posted as the SHO at Balongi police station, has been given the charge at Nayagaon police station while Inspector Navin Pal Singh Lehal is the SHO of the Balongi police station. Sources in the Police Department said senior officers were unhappy with Bharat Bhushan’s dealing in a particular case. — TNS
