The complainant contacted Verma and met him at Mani Majra. He paid Rs 92,000 as per the deal. The suspect gave him the bike and an affidavit related to its sale. Verma had promised to deliver the remaining documents to the complainant. However, he failed to do so. The complainant later found that eight installments of the loan on the motorcycle were yet to be cleared.

Yadav then approached the police. — TNS
