Rs 16 lakh per annum package offered at UIET placement drive

Chandigarh, June 29

As many as 310 BE and ME students from the UIET received job offers during a recent placement drive.

Top recruiters for the year were Goldman Sachs, ZScaler and Jugnoo.

Goldman Sachs had offered a package of Rs 16 lakh per annum while Jugnoo and ZScaler have hired students at Rs 10 lakh per annum.

The average package this year is Rs 5.41 lakh per annum. Also, more number of offers has been received by CSE, IT, EEE and BioTech students as compared to previous years. — TNS
