The festival has been organised by the NZCC,  Patiala. Written by Harishankar Parsai, the play revolves around two characters Kakka, a man who got lost in the societal change, and Nithalla, a carefree youth. Santosh played Kakka while Navin Choudhry played Nithhala. The sarcastic comedy was directed by Arun Pandey. The musical play brought into focus the rampant corruption in all spheres of life — from working in hospitals to pseudo ‘sadhus’ motivating people to protect cows.
