Patiala: Ryan International School celebrated Teacher’s Day with enthusiasm here on Wednesday. Students recited poems for their teachers in a special assembly. A special dance act was presented by students on the occasion. Principal Pooja Sharma thanked students for their warm wishes. Student of Class V also expressed their views on having good mentors and teachers in their lives. They thanked teachers for guiding them at every step of life. TNS

Cultural show marks Teacher’s Day 

Patiala: Budha Dal Public School celebrated Teacher’s Day with gaiety here on Wednesday. Students presented a scintillating cultural show to exhibit their love, respect and acknowledgement of the hard work put in by teachers for their development. The cultural show included poems, dances, and songs. Students also entertained teachers by arranging fun games for them. Principal Amrit Aujla expressed her thanks to all students on behalf of the staff. She also appreciated the efforts put in by students to make their teachers feel special on the auspicious day. TNS

DAV observes Teacher’s Day

Patiala: DAV School celebrated Teacher’s Day with enthusiasm here on Wednesday. To make the day more special a morning assembly was organised during which a poetry highlighting role of the teacher was recited by Himanshi followed a speech delivered by Muskaan of Class IX. Principal Vivek Tiwari presented thanks giving cards and sweets to teachers on the occasion. The Principal said teachers were the backbone of society. They truly played a great role in building up the character of students and shaped them to become an ideal citizen, added the Principal. TNS
