Ambala, December 14
The Ambala police arrested two men for selling duplicate car spare parts of Hyundai India Limited in Ambala Cantonment on Thursday.
The suspects have been identified as Parshav Jain and Atul Gupta.
They were produced before a court today, which granted them bail.
Manish Jindal, field officer, Speed Networks, told the police that a survey was conducted at the Ambala Cantonment market and it was observed that Reliance Trading Company at Rai Market and Atul Traders at Mess Road had been selling duplicate spare parts of Hyundai.
The police recovered duplicate spare parts from the suspects after which a case under Sections 63 and 65 of the Copyright Act has been registered. Investigation into the case is under way.
