CHANDIGARH: The body of a 22-year-old youth, who was missing for the past three days, was found floating in Sukhna Lake this morning.

The body of a 22-year-old youth, who was missing for the past three days, was found floating in Sukhna Lake this morning. Cops suspect it to be a case of suicide.

The body was noticed by visitors, who informed the police. The police took out the body from the lake.

The body was shifted to the mortuary at the GMSH, Sector 16. The police said the victim had been identified as Akash Tyagi, a resident of Mohali district. The victim was an employee at a private hospital in Mohali. The police have initiated inquest proceedings into the matter at the Sector 3 police station. — TNS
