Kullu: Two trekkers were reportedly killed and three undergoing treatment at Community Health Centre at Jari in Kullu. They were rescued after being stranded due to snowfall while trekking near Rasol village in the Parbati valley of this district on Thursday. Kullu SP Padam Chand said the trekkers called up the police last night and sought rescue after they were stuck due to snow between Rasol and Malana village and lost their way. Health condition of two of them was not good. The SP said that rescue team was sent. The team members made a halt at Rasol village as the valley was facing inclement weather for the past two days. The rescue team was able reach the spot where the trekkers were stuck. They were being brought back and would be admitted to Kullu hospital. It was learnt that the group of trekkers, reportedly from Nepal, had left for trekking two days back and they were going from Rasol towards Malana village when they reportedly lost their way due to snowfall in the area.
