Bajaj Finance Limited today announced company’s expansion plans in the consumer durable loan segment. The company has further strengthened its presence in Punjab by opening offices in Khanna, Batala, Gurdaspur and Firozpur. Bajaj Finance currently has Rs. 4,342 crore consumer durable loan book, out of which Punjab contributes Rs 152 crores. The company has tied up 18 dealers in these cities and expects to process around 1,200 applications during this festive season. The company has also launched a first-of-its-kind mobile application: Bajaj Finserv Experia will provide EMI finance in less than 60 seconds, anytime, anywhere! With this app, customers will now be able to check their loan eligibility at the comfort and convenience of their home or office thus helping them plan and purchase well.

Cake mixing ceremony

A cake mixing ceremony was held at Radisson Blu Hotel MBD to mark the festive season. Guests of the hotel along with the staff mixed the ingredients for the cake to be kept for fermentation and soaking. “To get the right flavour it is important to mix the fruits with alcohol at least 25 days in advance. The correct mix gives the perfect cake and the fun along with it is really awesome,” one of the experts present on the occasion said.
