Sonepat MP Ramesh Kaushik yesterday announced that Balmiki chaupals would be constructed in every village of the Gannaur assembly constituency of the district. He was speaking at the annual day function of the Balmiki Ashram in Gannaur.
He also announced grant of Rs 11 lakh from the MPLAD Scheme for the ashram. The MP asked the community representatives to form an 11- member committee to give momentum to various welfare schemes. — OC
