BJP activists led by former horticulture minister Narender Bragata today demonstrated at Kharapathar in Jubbal. They demanded early completion of the Theog-Hatkoti road.

Bragata said so far, only 23 per cent of the work had been completed, out of which 18 per cent was done during the BJP regime. Lashing out at the local MLA for being ignorant towards the area and the plight of residents, he said the company had completed only 5 per cent of the work and that too under the pressure of the High Court.

Mahasu district president Ajay Shyam said it was Bragata’s tireless effort that the Prime Minister had stopped the shipment of imported apple at three main coasts to benefit Indian apple growers.

The BJP also released a document ‘36 months, 36 failures’ highlighting the failure of the local Congress MLA on 36 fronts.
