In response to Badal’s request for relaxation in the norms for cotton procurement in the wake of large-scale damage to the crops due to recent pest attack in the Malwa region of the state, Gangwar asked him to send a proposal regarding it.

The Union Minister assured of sympathetic consideration to the proposal.

Gangawar assured Badal of ministry’s positive response with regard to opening a skill development centre in textile sector in the state.
