Shimla, November 13
Himachal Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today issued direction to Engineer-in-Chief, Public Works Department (PWD) for completion and maintenance of Ghera-Kareri, Bhaler-Chamiana, Shahpur-Darini-Boh-Shali-Kutharana, Harchakian-Dharkalan link roads and bridges, including Mawa Bridge in Shahpur constituency.
The directions came after Vice-Chairman HP State Forest Corporation, Kewal Singh Pathania called on Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh and sought his intervention in carrying out the long pending works on the roads and bridges in Shahpur Assembly segment in Kangra district. He also urged for setting up the office of Executive Engineer, Public Works Department at Shahpur.
