Additional Director General of Police Headquarters VK Singh today delivered a PowerPoint presentation and lecture on anger and stress management at the Sher-e-Kashmir Police Academy, Udhampur.

He briefed around 400 police personnel, including woman constables, trainees and other senior officers. Singh explained them how to acquire emotional intelligence skills for effective performance of professional and personal commitments. He deliberated in detail on different aspects such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy and relationship management. Singh further advised the participants to get rid of bias in them and ensure free and impartial policing. — TNS
