Dairy training centre to come up in Sangrur

Chandigarh, April 26

The Punjab government today said an ultra-modern dairy training centre will be set up in Sangrur.

“This centre will be equipped with class rooms, seminar halls, drill training laboratories to impart training to dairy farmers,” an official spokesman said. The centre would provide training to farmers of Sangrur, Patiala and Barnala districts.

He said the financial assistance to the tune of Rs 3.5 crore has already been released by the state government.— PTI
