For the past two years, a health centre of the MIF, supported by Max Hospital, has been operational in Purukul. Under the Chandroti Gram Sabha Development Programme, additional health and nutrition interventions will be implemented using this centre as a base.

District Magistrate Ravinath Raman said, “I am very happy to see Antara Senior Living’s commitment to the community. This project will go a long way for the development of the area. It will be great if other corporates take up similar activities.”

Speaking on the occasion, Tara Singh Vachani, CEO & Managing Director, Antara Senior Living, said, “Antara conceptualised this programme two years back in consultation with local community. With Max India Foundation’s exemplary experience in implementing such projects, we are confident that we will be able to achieve our vision of improving the quality of life of the residents in the area. We feel privileged to be able to give back to the community.”

Mohini Daljeet Singh, CEO of the Max India Foundation, said, “The satisfaction we get from implementing our programs is our greatest motivation to do more. Such interventions not only drive social change, but also ensure holistic development of villages.”
