Fashion expo brings TV stars to city

Ludhiana, March 20

Television anchor and actor Roshni Chopra along with her sister Deeya Chopra visited the city today. The stars came here to take part in Divya Dhanda’s Joy De Vivre Fashion Exhibition with her fashion label Roshni Chopra Design.

“I came here to participate in a play ten years ago,” Roshni said. Talking about her fashion label, Roshni said Ludhiana was quite fashion forward as I received many queries and orders from the city for my collection. This is the reason I am here to participate in the exhibition, she added.

Divya Dhanda, the organiser, said she had been organising the exhibition for many years and a part of the sales was donated to the Nirdosh School for Mentally Challenged Children. She said the number of fashion labels in the exhibition had remained limited, as her focus had been onquality of the fashion and lifestyle labels that join the exhibition. — TNS
