Fatehabad, January 8
A file tracking system will soon be introduced in various offices of the district to check undue pendency of files.
The system is being launched throughout the state so that it could finally be connected to the state headquarters.
Deputy Commissioner NK Solanki said yesterday that all the departments would be linked through software designed for this purpose.
The status of every file will keep updated so that files it can be tracked at a particular time and how much time the file had been retained by a particular official.
He asked officials to submit their names, mobile numbers and all other relevant information to the local office of National Informatics Centre (NIC) for this purpose.
The DC also urged the officials to accord top priority to complaints at the CM window.
