Roaming around the town in a Gypsy with a red beacon cost dear to six budding local actors, here today.
The police rounded up the youngsters for some time but let them off after impounding their Gypsy.
According to the police, the youngsters were wearing police uniforms and were in the town for some film shooting purpose. “The red beacon atop the Gypsy was being used to shoot some movie scene. We found them roaming around in the Gypsy but let them off after their verification”, said the police.
The police issued a challan to the actors and impounded the vehicle.
