Fire at cattle feed unit in Surajpur

Nurpur, April 23

Raw material worth Rs 5 lakh was destroyed in a fire that broke out in cattle feed unit at Surajpur near Damtal this morning.

Factory workers first noticed the flames and raised the alarm. A fire tender was pressed into service.

A short-circuit is being stated to be the reason behind the fire. — OC
