Renowned flutist Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia will give a performance at a musical concert ‘Idea Jalsa – Music for the Soul’ at the ONGC community hall in Dehradun tomorrow.

Durga Jasraj, founder and director of Art and Artistes, told mediapersons here today that two young maestros Ritesh Mishra and Rajnish Mishra would also perform at the concert. The concert tour for 12 cities commenced from Chennai on February 5. The artistes are yet to visit Thiruvananthapuram, Bhubaneshwar, Indore, Ludhiana, New Delhi, Ambala and Pune before the finale in Bengaluru on March 26.

Jasraj said around 150 musicians would exhibit their skills during the tour. Naozer Aibara, Chief Operating Officer (UP West) of Idea Cellular, said the telecom service provider had always considered music as one of the important avenues to connect with customers.
