Dehradun, January 6

Chief Minister Harish Rawat released the telephone directory 2014-15 published by Himalayan Buksa Aadim Janjati Uthann Committee at a function held at the Bijapur Guest House here today.

The Chief Minister said tribes had their own rich cultural heritage and the state government was committed to connecting them to the mainstream.

“A state-level tribal advisory council has been constituted to work towards the development and social financial inclusion of the Buksa tribe,” he said.
