Dehradun, March 2
Max India Foundation conducted a free multi-specialty check up camp at Raphael Centre, Dehradun, on Tuesday for children with special needs, those from nearby schools and residents of the area.
Experts of various medical specialties extended free consultation and provided free medicines and medical tests. They will also extend follow up investigations and radiology services to the patients.
Mohini Daljeet Singh, Chief Executive, Max India Foundation, said, “Max India Foundation is happy to serve the underprivileged on the healthcare platform by organising these camps. The primary health objective was to ensure equitable access of health services to all the community members irrespective of location and socio-economic standards of living.”
Air Marshal BD Jayal (retd), Chairman of Raphael’s governing council, thanked Max India Foundation for the support extended to Raphael during the past seven years. He lauded the Foundation’s efforts in the field of healthcare for the under-privileged across the country and particularly in Uttarakhand.
