Juglan village in the district is all set to become the first village in the state to have free wi-fi internet facility. Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) MP Dushyant Chautala has funded the project and roped in the BSNL to install wi-fi connections to provide free Internet facility in the village.
The MP said all formalities had been completed for the project. “I have allocated a fund of Rs 7.50 lakh for the project,” he said.
Ramesh Varma, Deputy General Manager, BSNL, said they would install 10 hotspots across the village so that the users could get uninterrupted facility.”
