There will a public holiday in the state on the occasion of Karva Chauth tomorrow. Chief Minister Harish Rawat had announced to observe Karva Chauth as ‘Mahila Samman Divas’. All semi-government institutions, education institutions, banks and treasury offices would remain close.—TNS
