The process of earnest money deposit under the Awas Vikas Yojana Forest Lavana Scheme has received an overwhelming response, said Tushar Kumar, CMD, GTM Builders.
He said over 1,000 enquiry forms were filled from November 14 till date and more than 350 potential buyers visited the site of the Awas Vikas Yojana Forest Lavana. Several registration forms had also been filled.
The campaign commenced on November 14 and was effective for one month. Registration forms under the EMD Scheme were filled at the main branches of the State Bank of India across Uttarakhand. Under this, provision of loan for a less period was provided.
Kumar thanked people for the overwhelming response.
Awas Yojna Forest Lavana apartments by the GTM group are being built with all basic facilities on an area of 4.1 lakh sq ft. It has 688 flats having 1, 2, 3+1 BHK units. The USP of the flats include round the clock security, a swimming pool, gym, lawn, tennis, table tennis, golf carts, 24-hour supply of water and electricity and a park for children.
