Members of the Uttarakhand Yuva Sangharsh Samiti burnt an effigy of the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission here today alleging large-scale irregularities in the Rural Development Officers (RDO) recruitment examination.

Sangharsh samiti member Kamlesh Bhatt alleged that many of the successful candidates were from the same family, thus putting a big question mark on the credibility of the examination. He said some employees of the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission had been selected in the examination.
