The All J&K Shri Sadguru Kabir Sabha today re-elected FC Bhagat as its president. The election was conducted under the supervision of the election cell of the sabha headed by Prof Ashok Bhagat at Kabir Mandir, Janipur. Manohar Lal was elected as the general secretary.
After declaration of the result, a general meeting of the Bhagat community was convened under the chairmanship of Mula Ram, ex-minister, where various issues for the welfare of the community were discussed.
Newly elected president of the All Jammu and Kashmir Shri Sadguru Kabir Sabha appealed to all social organisations working for the welfare of backward communities to keep a cordial relation among each other so as work out the modalities for the uplift of the downtrodden.
The president of the All J&K Shri Sadguru Kabir Sabha also dissolved all district, block bodies and announced that the new bodies would be in place by the end of July.
