Maruti workers’ march to Manesar on March 23

Having done an hour-long tools-down symbolic protest on Saturday, the Maruti Suzuki Mazdoor Sangh (MSMS) has decided to hold a march to Manesar on March 23. Terming it as “Chalo Manesar,” thousands of workers would participate in the protest march to commemorate Shaheed Bhagat Singh’s martyrdom day.
The entire case is part of a conspiracy hatched by the management to finish the union, said its president Ram Niwas. The union had promised to keep this march peaceful, he added.
“ We have urged all pro-worker forces to join this march,” said Ram Niwas.
“The administration and the police are keeping a close watch not to allow any indiscipline or violence,” said Hardeep Singh, DC.
