More services available on ‘Harsamay’

In a boost to transparent working, Haryana government will provide facilities like character certificates or No Objection Certificates (NOCs) online.
These services would be available for a nominal fee during the second phase of citizen portal Harsamay 24x7 of the police. The state would be first such state of the country where the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems would be implemented in all districts.
Chief Secretary D.S. Dhesi today gave his approval for seven services while presiding over the 9th meeting of the APEX Committee for Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems here today.
Applicants would have to pay Rs 200 for services like character certificate, police NOC, tenant verification, domestic worker verification, employees verification, permission for protest and permission for processions.
Various services like complaints, lost property and documents, RTI, cyber cafe and community participation are already available to the people since last month. About 2788 complaints have so far been received on this portal.
