Swargashram-based Parmarth Niketan Ashram will be reconstructing the Gomka Temple, which was affected by the earthquake in Nepal on April 25.
The entire temple premises, meditation centre and auditorium, which was destroyed in the earthquake, will be constructed by the Parmarth Niketan Ashram.
This was announced by Swami Chidanand Muni, spiritual head of Parmarth Niketan Ashram, after he returned from his two-day visit to the affected region of Nepal. As per Swami Chidanand Muni, the Gomka Temple is situated at Sanga village of Rabre district.
“The entire temple premises has been destroyed, with idols too, along with the meditation centre and hall. Parmarth Niketan will provide funding and reconstruct this temple. We need to help each other as on this pious day of Buddh Poornima, this will be the true respect we can offer in this testing time,” said Swami Chidanand Muni.
The seer also distributed relief aid along with Juna Akhada Swami Manchanand Giri and Sadhvi Hema Giri.
