Srinagar, July 10
Mourning the demise of former president of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan, senior Hurriyat leader and head of the J&K Muslim Conference Prof Abdul Gani Bhat described him as a “guide” and great leader who was always supportive of Indo-Pak dialogue on Kashmir.
Bhat said Sardar Qayyum wanted India, Pakistan and people of Kashmir to reach a “common minimum political programme” on the Kashmir issue. — TNS
