Baisakhi has special significance for Sikhs. On this day in 1699, their Tenth Guru Gobind Singhji organised the order of the Khalsa, said MPS Khurana. Former Member of Legislative Assembly Mussoorie Jot Singh Gunsola, Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board member Sandeep Sahni and others were present on the occasion.
