RSS ideologue J Nandkumar, national convener of Pragya Pravah, will inaugurate the International Short Film Festival (ISFF) at the Multi Art Cultural Centre on April 13. Hisar-based cultural organisation Sanskriti is organising the event in collaboration with Haryana’s Cultural Affairs Department and the district administration.

film professionals, including Sukant Panigrahy, Akhilendra Mishra, Yashpal Sharma and actor Satish Kaul, have confirmed their participation in the festival.
