The project will be run by the District Red Cross Society and meals would be served to the poor from 10 am to 3 pm daily from a portion of the old SSP office. Located in the heart of the town, a special dining hall has been constructed and big tables have been placed there for the convenience of the people. To save on manpower, the scheme will be self-service.
