Sandeep Sahni has been elected the president of the Chamber of Chandigarh Industries. The annual general body meeting of the association was held on Friday, in which it was decided to elect the executive body unanimously.

The other office bearers are Surinder Gupta, vice-president, Samjeev Gupta, general secretary, Ashok Goyal, joint secretary, and KH Khanna, finance secretary. It was decided to celebrate the silver jubilee year of the chamber and a special emphasis will be given on the Make in India programme. Vinod Mittal read the annual statement.
