Kangra, March 31
The launch of the second SpiceJet flight between New Delhi and Kangra, due on March 29, has been rescheduled for April 15.
Kangra airport Director KK Sharma today said the flight would begin from April 15 because of the non-availability of the Q400 Bombardier aircraft at present.
He said the Q400 Bombardier aircraft with SpiceJet were being overhauled and it would a fortnight for the aircraft to get ready for flights.
He said the second SpiceJet flight would take off in the afternoon. Hotelier associations had pinned their hopes on the rescheduled flight schedule as it would give a boost to the tourist industry.
