The Haryana Granth Akademi organised a seminar, Hans Samvaad, to mark the 91st birthday celebrations of eminent litterateur and Haryana Rajya Kavi Uday Bhanu Hans (90) at the akademi bhavan here today. Hailing the literary prominence of Hans, chief guest Dheera Khandelwal, Additional Chief Secretary, Public Relations and Languages, Haryana, said that the living legend, known as  Rubais Samrat, had pioneered the Hindi rubayis.
