Shikha Bhagat is Joint Commissioner, MC

The state government has transferred a few IAS and PCS officers.
As per new postings, Shikha Bhagat, Assistant Commissioner General, Jalandhar, has been posted as Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Ludhiana, in place of Devinder Singh. Richa (IAS), SDM West, has been transferred to Kapurthala while Subhash Chander will now be SDM West. Apart from these postings, JK Jain, District Excise and Taxation Officer, will now be holding charge of Additional Chief Administrator, GLADA. Swati Kundan, PCS, will now be Assistant Commissioner General, Ludhiana, relieving Kanu Thind of the additional charge. — TNS
