Gaurav said the Shiv Sena activists would not allow railway administration to demolish the 60-year-old taxi stand. He expressed concern that the railway administration was purposely harassing the taxi owners.

It is worth mentioning that taxi operators under the banner of Doon Taxi Association are on an indefinite strike against Dehradun railway management’s decision to demolish taxi stand alleging encroachment by taxi operators.
