Delicacies like “Ludhiana Bhatti Murgh Tikka”, “Magan Da Murgh Shorba”, Tandoori Bhune Tamater Da Shorba, Pomfret Bhatinde Wali and “Methi Macchi Tikka” would be served during the nine-day festival. The chef said along with non-vegetarian items, the menu had a rich variety of dishes for vegetarians. “Punjabi Paneer Tikka Mirch Wala”, “Paneer Multani Seekh”, “Tandoori Kurkuri Seekh” (vermicelli coated deep fried, skewered tandoori vegetables), “Bhune Broccoli Aur Kale Chane Ke Kebab” and “Dal Jalandhari” are some of them.

Arindam Chakraborty, general manager of the hotel, said, “Baisakhi is one of the most important festivals of Punjab. It not only signifies the Punjabi new year but also heralds the harvesting season.
