Srinagar, May 23

Principal of Army Public School, Srinagar, Sandeep Marhatta has been awarded the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card - 2015 for his work in the sphere of education.

This is for the first time that Army Public School, Srinagar, principal has received the honour. Marhatta, in fact, is the first principal in the history of the Army schools under the Northern Command to be awarded the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card.

The award was given to Marhatta by school patron and GOC 31 Sub Area Maj Gen AK Das. — TNS
