Sources said Sapna Thapa, a resident of Gurudwara Gali, Vikasnagar, filed a complaint after her 14-year-old son was brutally thrashed by policemen a few days ago. The complainant alleged that the policemen on a motorcycle had hit her son, Saksham Thapa, who was riding a bicycle.
