Toll plaza on Rohtak-Delhi road begins operations

The toll plaza located on the Rohtak-Delhi in Rohad village near Sampla township began operations today. West Haryana Highway Projects Pvt Ltd is managing the operations.

Dinesh Kumar, in charge of the toll operations at the plaza, maintained the operations began smoothly. The toll rates for cars/jeeps have been decided at Rs58 for single crossing and Rs86 for multiple crossings within 24 hours.

The rates for light commercial vehicles (LCVs) are Rs101 and Rs151 for single and multiple crossings, respectively. The rates for trucks and buses have been kept at Rs201 and Rs302, respectively. Those for multi-axle vehicles (MAVs) are Rs324 and Rs486 for single and multiple crossings, respectively.

Monthly passes are also available at the rate of Rs1,727 for cars and jeeps, Rs3,022 for LCVs, Rs6,044 for trucks and buses and Rs9,714 for the MAVs.

“Special concessional passes at nominal rates are also available for the vehicle owners residing in the areas located in the vicinity of the toll plaza,” said the in charge of operations.
