While taking a potshot at Manish, Cheema alleged that Manish has always encouraged factionalism. After being marginalized, he is trying to create problem in the unity of Ludhiana Congress.
It is either manifestation of his frustration of having being marginalised by the Congress leadership and rendered useless or is mischievous design to create fissures in unity of Ludhiana Congress.

Manish deserted people who elected him.
