UK firm joins hands with Hero Motors

A part of Hero Motor Company, Hero Motors, has entered into a partnership with Hewland Engineering Ltd, UK.
Hero Motors is a global player in automotive transmissions and powertrain systems. It is internationally known for quality and high volume manufacturing.
Hewland is a UK-based motorsports transmission company, known for its design excellence, innovation and specialist manufacturing. It has showcased its performance through a range of automobiles ranging from commercial vehicles to Formula One cars.
With this joint venture customers will get the advantage of design, prototype manufacture and testing by the UK firm and mass manufacturing at the best cost with Hero’s participation.
Putting the strength of both partners together, Hero Hewland Ltd will be able to provide end to end solution for powertrain systems to automotive OEMs, recreational as well as E vehicles.
The company is already in touch with prospective customers to provide design to cost solutions and is hopeful of finalising some important deals in the coming months.
