Website for digital ration cards for PDS consumers

District Food and Civil Supplies Controller (DFSC) LS Kanet said today that Public Distribution System (PDS) consumers, who had failed to submit documents for digital ration cards within the stipulated time period, can now log on to the department’s transparency web portal www.epds.co.in and fill up the requisite information to complete their verification process.

In a press release issued here today, Kanet said the verification process for digital ration cards was held at the respective panchayats from 7 February to 7 March this year. Those who could not submit the required documents during this period could either directly log on to the website or contact the respective panchayat secretaries for help. He said copies of the digitised ration cards could also be downloaded and printed form the website by feeding the Aadhaar card numbers of consumers. — OC
