Dehradun, December 14
A yoga camp for 1,800 jawans of the Border Security Force (BSF) started at Patanjali Yogpeeth in Haridwar on Wednesday.
Yoga guru Baba Ramdev, along with Jharkhand Governor Draupadi Murmu, inaugurated the camp, which would be held till December 21. Baba Ramdev said BSF jawans were doing national service so that countrymen could sleep fearlessly in their homes.
The Jharkhand Governor said the jawans could gain immensely from the Yoga camp. Baba Ramdev had popularised yoga and ayurveda in each nick and corner of the country and abroad also. Yoga had diminished the differences of class, creed, poor and rich in the country, she added.—TNS
