Cotton ginners across Haryana have decided to end their 10-day-old strike after government's assurance on reduction of market fees.                       

Sushil Mittal, president of Haryana Cotton Ginners Association, said their members would start purchase of cotton from farmers from today itself.

He said Chief Minister's political aide Jagdish Chopra had conveyed government's decision to them.                       

He said the government had also assured them to look into their demand of VAT refund after state's golden jubilee function.
