Court seeks police reply in Bhola case

A court today asked the police to file a reply on May 15 on an application filed by two accused in the druglord Jagdish Bhola case, alleging shortcomings in the challan against them.
The applications were filed by Jagjit Singh and his brother Paramjit Singh Chahal through their counsel.
Those present in the court included Jagdish Bhola, Maninder Singh Bittu Aulakh, Jagjit Singh Chahal, Paramjit Singh Chahal, Sarabjit Saba, Anil Chavan, Harminder, Satinder Dhama, Baljinder Singh Sonu, Davinder Happy, Deep Singh, Paramjit Singh Pamma and Surjit Singh, all accused in the case.
